I am currently serving as one of your Senators at-Large. Since becoming a father in 2011 I chose to begin investing into my future so I went back to school full-time to Cerritos College. It is there where I first became involved in student government and my passion for student advocacy. During my time at Cerritos College, I was elected Regional Senator for Region VIII of the Student Senate for California Community College where I represented 13 community colleges which included over 100,000 students. The following year I had the opportunity to serve students on the staff side when I was hired to be the Student Government Advisor.
