FEEL THE NINO
ABOUT: JOE NINO
BIO
Joe was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, an autoimmune disease, at the age of 15. Struggling with his health issues caused him to delay his pursuit of higher education. After years of taking over 15 pills a day, he decided to take a more holistic approach to his health. Joe achieved complete remission through lifestyle changes and incorporating a diet rich in probiotics and whole foods. The diet he follows has allowed him to be completely med-free today. Health and nutrition changed Joe’s life and created an environment where he could pursue his dreams and help others suffering from autoimmune diseases. Currently, Joe runs an instagram page dedicated to helping people suffering with IBD called PrimalHealing. There you can find healthy meals and inspiration to lead a healthier lifestyle. Joe is also the proud dog parent of two siberian huskies, Duke and Hunter. Joe also enjoys cooking, playing softball and golfing.
